*Order of showing will vary from order of classes. Please see Order of Showing Lists for Individual Horse Shows (Sections 4, 5, 6, 7 & 8).

*Attheir discretion, the Horse Show Committee has the right to change/ cancel individual classes or limit the number of entries per class on show date. The Judge and/or Horse Show Committee members have the final decision in any matter pertaining to the show.

*One entry per exhibitor in all classes including Stake class. No cross entries between Sections unless otherwise stated.

*Anyone wishing to withdraw their entry from a class must do so at least 2 classes in advance. Class entry frees (if applicable) must be paid prior to entering any class.

*Each entry must have a paid fair membership number and must be registered with the Show Secretary prior to showing in each class.

*Please have 3-part entry form (attached in fair book) filled out prior to registering with Fair Secretary on Fair day.

*A penalty of $5.00 will be retained by Society if show number is not returned to Secretary on Fair day.

*Brood mares must be accompanied by their foal.

*For Sections 6 & 7 only, in lieu of individual class entry fees, 10% of prize money won in excess of $10.00 will be retained by the Society.

*No stud to be shown by anyone under 21 years of age.
